Water and electricity in place
All our lots have municipal water. 
Water meter Lot #6This is extremely rare and of great benefit. Water is metered and a part of the Tres Rios Water Association which maintains the systems giving you headache-free access to this most vital utility. Obtaining a building permit is also much easier.
All lots have municipal electricity from ICE and is therefore 98% from renewable sources. Even though all lots have such good infrastructure, we encourage you to add water catchment in your home and to consider solar panels.
